What the app collects
Nothing. AsanagiDB Desktop has no analytics, no tracking and no account, and it sends nothing to us.
Early access list
If you sign up for early access on this site, we keep your email address on our early access list and use it only to tell you about AsanagiDB Desktop and to invite you to try it. Invitations come through TestFlight, Apple's beta testing service: to send yours, we give your email address to Apple, and Apple's privacy policy covers what TestFlight does with it. To be removed, reply to any of our emails or write to [email protected].
What stays on your Mac
Your databases, the memory your assistants build and the settings of each workspace are stored on your Mac. Documents in the folders you add are only read, never changed or uploaded by the app.
Connections the app makes
The app runs a server on this Mac for tools you connect to it. Assistants reach it only from this Mac and only with your access token. The app connects to other servers only when you add them in the sidebar; their passwords are kept in your Keychain.
AI assistants
An assistant you connect, such as Claude Code, can read the memory and the documents you allow. What it reads is sent to that assistant and its provider and is covered by their privacy terms, not this one.
